I am a plant ecologist in training who is passionate about science-based conservation, restoration, and land management. I aspire to integrate observational and experimental studies of plant function across environmental gradients with mathematical models in population and community ecology, as a robust approach to quantifying plant community responses to climate change, disturbance, and land-use.
I am currently a master's student in the Simonin Lab at San Francisco State University. I am also an Achievement Rewards for College Scientists (ARCS) Scholar and a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow.
