I am an aspiring plant ecologist interested in studying how plants are responding to environmental change through understanding physiological function, evolution in functional traits, and changes in species biogeography. I am passionate about the ability for science to inform conservation and land management practices.
I recently joined the Simonin Lab at San Francisco State University where I am working towards my master's in Ecology, Evolution, and Conservation Biology. I am an Achievement Rewards for College Scientists (ARCS) Scholar and a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow.
